Family Adventures at The Berkeley

Sharkey & George at The Berkeley
This school holiday season we’ve partnered with children’s entertainers Sharky & George to turn your family stay into an unforgettable adventure. Family experiences created by this dynamic duo include anything from an MI5 race against time around the Houses of Parliament to a Harry Potter quest using the Marauder’s Map. They will even put together a bespoke adventure, tailored perfectly to your family’s favourite activities. Please ask the concierge for the full programme of Sharky & George family experiences in advance of your stay, and be sure to book at least a week in advance.

Prêt-à-Portea on Tour in Dublin

Pret-a-Portea at The Merrion in Dublin
London’s legendary fashion afternoon tea went on tour to Dublin. As part of Prêt-à-Portea’s 10th anniversary year, head pastry chef Mourad Khiat and his team checked in to The Merrion hotel from Saturday January 28 to Sunday February 5, to mastermind the serving of Prêt-à-Portea in the Drawing Rooms there. In honour of his 5-star hosts, Mourad created two new couture cakes inspired by Irish designers Louise Kennedy and Orla Kiely, to add to the favourite designs already on the cake stand.
